工作原理

偏心半球閥由閥桿帶動(dòng)球體繞旋轉(zhuǎn)中心A轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)，球體由B點(diǎn)移動(dòng)C點(diǎn)，此時(shí)相對(duì)閥門中心O,從B到C的軌跡為一凸輪狀偏心，向下進(jìn)入閥座使閥門關(guān)閉保持密。該閥由于存上上述凸輪原理．閥門關(guān)閉件從開啟到關(guān)閉過程中，作用在閥座上的力逐漸增加，即關(guān)閉件表面與閥座由完全脫離至接觸，并逐漸增大密封比壓．直至完全密封．反之亦然。這就大大改善了以往球閥的密封狀態(tài)和密封效果，適合高溫高壓及易結(jié)晶磨損嚴(yán)重的場合使用。
