偏心半球閥的特點

偏心半球閥的特點之一啟閉無磨擦．由于采用偏心結構．閥門在關閉的過程中．球體逐漸靠近閥座，到關閉位置完全接齄；在開啟時球體離開密封位置即可完全脫開．開啟扭矩小；第二個特點是密封面可實現自清潔．球體離開閥座時，介質可沖去密封面上的積聚物．對于易結晶介質．球體在關閉過程中可切除介質結晶達到密封的目的．避免了其它閥門無法開關的弊端；第三個特點是密封嚴緊，球體、閥座是雙金屬．采取不同工藝．密封面可組合成防腐、耐磨等各種類型．滿足不同工況的需求，密封是球面線接觸，靠二維偏心實現零泄漏。

工作原理

偏心半球閥由閥桿帶動球體繞旋轉中心A轉動時，球體由B點移動C點，此時相對閥門中心O,從B到C的軌跡為一凸輪狀偏心，向下進入閥座使閥門關閉保持密。該閥由于存上上述凸輪原理．閥門關閉件從開啟到關閉過程中，作用在閥座上的力逐漸增加，即關閉件表面與閥座由完全脫離至接觸，并逐漸增大密封比壓．直至完全密封．反之亦然。這就大大改善了以往球閥的密封狀態和密封效果，適合高溫高壓及易結晶磨損嚴重的場合使用。
